Between 1903 and 1940 you could collect pictures by purchasing Verkade products and paste them in special albums.
In total, Verkade has released 30 different albums. The albums were so popular that Verkade released a total of about 3.2 million. In a record year, 30 million single records were sold.
These Verkade albums came to an end due to the Second World War.
