1. Where do all the vintage and antique products come from?

We find all our special products through our constant hunt in thrift stores, markets, marketplaces, flea markets in France and through private sales to us.

2. Can products be packed?

Yes, at checkout you can select whether you want products to be packed.

2. Shipping and collection

1. Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship orders throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. This is done via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code so you can track your order. Below are the rates:


Parcel post up to 10 kg €6,95
Parcel post 10 to 23 kg €13,90

2. Can I pick up products in Hilversum?

Yes, all products can be picked up in Hilversum. Below you can see the pick-up times. This is always by appointment. Let us know when and what time you want to pick it up.

3. Can all products be shipped?

Most products can be shipped. However, it is advisable to collect fragile products, such as porcelain, yourself. We do our utmost to pack everything as carefully as possible, but we cannot guarantee 100% that everything will arrive intact.

3. Rental

How does rental work?

1. Choose the desired products from our range of rental products.
2. Choose the quantity and place in your shopping cart.
3. Write in your notes the desired date and time you would like to receive your order.
4. Complete your order, indicate whether you want to collect it or let it be delivered.
5. I will contact you to discuss and confirm the order and delivery date. We will then agree on a return date and time.
6. Upon payment, your order is confirmed.
7. When everything is returned to us in good condition, the deposit will be refunded.

Is there a minimum amount for renting products?

No, there is no minimum amount.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, usually a deposit of €100,- is asked for renting products. This amount depends on the total order. When all products are returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of damage or loss, costs will be deducted from the deposit. This will always be done in consultation.

How long can I keep rented products?

The standard rental time for products is three business days. Enter the day you want to receive the products for the desired delivery date. The products must be returned no later than two working days. Together we will agree on a suitable return date and time.
Products can be rented for a longer period of time upon consultation. Please contact me or leave a note when ordering.

What if something breaks?

That can happen. Many products we rent are vulnerable. No matter how much you and we try to transport them safely, sometimes something can break. I would like to hear from you when this happens. Together we will then determine what the replacement value is. This will be charged with the deposit that is paid.

How are rented products transported?

All products are delivered in crates/crates. The crockery and glassware are protected with felt to prevent damage during transport.

What about cleaning rented products?

Rentals need to be returned clean. Keep in mind that porcelain, silverware and crystal cannot be put inside a dishwasher and need to be washed by hand. 

4. Delivery & Collecting

Can I choose a delivery and collecting date myself?

Yes, you can choose a desired delivery date for all products on which you want to pick up the order or have it delivered. I will contact you to confirm the desired delivery date.


The collection

Where do all the products come from?

The collection comes from my constant hunt for special vintage and antique products from thrift stores, markets, French brocantes, marketplaces and from private individuals.

Do you have vintage or antique items at home that you want to get rid of and do you think this could fit into our collection? Or are you in the middle of a house clearance? Please feel free to contact me. Send an email with some photos and I will contact you.

Do you make handmade products?

Yes, besides vintage and antique I also sell handmade products like handmade candles. The collection varies and changes constantly.

Could you search for a product for me?

Sometimes people ask me if I can help them find a specific product they are looking for. You can let me know what you are looking for and I will keep an eye open for you.

Do you take new products?

Yes, do you have vintage or antique items at home that you want to get rid of and do you think this could fit into our collection? Or are you in the middle of a house clearance? Please feel free to contact me. Send an email with some photos and I will contact you.

Can products be gift wrapped?

Yes, in your shoping cart you can select if you would like to gift wrap items. A new gift wrap product will apear and you can select the amount of items you would like to gift wrap. In the text field you can fill in a handwritten message (optional). When you would like to gift wrap several items, don't forget to let me know which items.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, at the botom of the page you can find the link to the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are send by e-mail.

Renting

How does renting work?

1. Place rental products in your shopping cart.
2. Indicate the desired delivery date in the notes in your shopping cart. Also indicate the desired time at which you would like to collect the order.
3. Select'collect' or 'Local delivery' at checkout.(Rentals cannot be shipped.)4. Select'Quote for rental' and your request has been received. You don't have to pay anything yet.
5. I will contact you to discuss the application.

What is the standard rental period?

The rental period is three working days as standard. Longer rental periods are possible in consultation(in some cases at additional costs).

Is there a minimum price to make an order?

No, there is no minimum.

Is a deposit asked?

Yes, a deposit is asked. Usually this is €100,- but it depends on the quantity of the order. When products are returned in the right order, the deposit will be transfered back.

How long beforehand do I need to order?

Preferably two days before the desired date. Do you want to order for today or tomorrow, please contact me first.

Can it be delivered?

Yes, it is possible to let your order be delivered by me. This is only possible up to 20km from Hilversum. The delivery costs are:
0-5 km €25,-
5-10 km €40,-
10-20 km €60,-

At checkout you can select 'Local Delivery'. Delivery costs are automaticaly calculated.

Shipping, delivery and collection

Can my order be shipped?

Yes, all orders (accept rentals and very large items) can be shipped. This is done by PostNL.

Can my order be shipped to a PostNL pickup point?

Yes, at checkout you can select the option for delivery at a PostNL pickup point. After checkout and paying you have the option to select your pickup point.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order.

Can I collect my order?

You can choose to collect your order yourself in Hilversum.
Below you can see the pick-up times. This is always by appointment. Let me know when and what time you want to pick it up.

In some cases you can collect your order today. Let me know when you would like to pick it up today and I will let you know if that is possible.
