Rental products need to be returned clean like they are received. They can not be put into a dishwasher but must be cleaned by hand.

That can happen. Many products we rent are vulnerable. No matter how much you and we try to transport them safely, sometimes something can break. I would like to hear from you when this happens. Together we will then determine what the replacement value is. This will be charged with the deposit that is paid.

Yes, sometimes I have more in stock than is mentioned on the website. Just contact me about your desired amount.
